Se presenta una modificación técnica para llevar a cabo la reconstrucción del ligamento cruzado posterior (LCP), con túnel femoral ciego y fijación con tornillos interferenciales colocados bajo control artroscópico. La técnica es sencilla y reproducible, no precisa de instrumental especial, acorta el tiempo quirúrgico y reduce las posibilidades de complicaciones derivadas de un túnel femoral excesivamente largo y no relleno en su totalidad por el tapón óseo.

Reconstruction of the posterior cruciate ligament with an all-inside femoral tunnel technique. We describe a modified technique for the reconstruction of the PCL based on the creation of an endoscopic femoral tunnel and fixation with interferential screws inserted under endoscopic guidance. The technique is simple and reproducible, does not require any form of special instrumentation, shortens the surgical time and reduces the possibility of complications which may arise due to an excessively long femoral tunnel which is not completely filled by the femoral bone plug.
