La gran confusión semántica y etiopatogénica de las rigideces de hombro, las diferentes actitudes terapéuticas y la infrecuencia de este grupo quirúrgico nos han llevado a realizar un estudio multicéntrico retrospectivo de la artrolisis artroscópica gleno-humeral. El objeto era intentar responder a varias cuestiones: ¿es técnicamente realizable?, ¿depende el resultado de la etiología?, ¿cuándo y a quién proponerla? Arthroscopic glenolhumeral arthrolysis in stiff shoulder. Report of 26 cases. The considerable semantic and etiopathogenic confusion regarding the "rigid shoulder", the various therapeutic attitudes and the small frequency of this surgical act have led us to carry out a retrospective multicentric study of arthroscopic glenohumeral arthrolysis. Our aim was to provide an answer to three questions: is it technically feasible?, does the result depend on the etiology?, when and to whom should it be proposed?
