Actualmente la cirugía del trasplante meniscal con aloinjerto está experimentando un auge muy significativo,debido a que per mite la reconstrucción del menisco previamente resecado en el llamado “síndrome postmeniscectomía ”.
Aunque existe un gran número de referencias bibliográficas en los últimos años,no hay muchas que se dediquen a consensuar las diferentes tendencias.Este artículo pretende unificar criterios de indicación,técnica quirúrgica,manejo preoperatorio,post operatorio y protocolo de rehabilitación.

Meniscal transplantation protocol.Meniscal transplant surgery with alloimplants is currently experiencing a highly significant increase because it allows for reconstruction of the previously resected meniscus in the so-called “post-meniscectomy syndrome ”.Even though there have been a large number of publications on this subject over the last few years,there are rather few ones aiming at unification of the various diverging trends.We here endeavour to unify the criteria of indication,surgical technique,preoperatory and postoperator y management and rehabilitation protocol.
